Sheer, a destination restaurant creates a sensual dining experience. Set among six open dining pavilions perched Cliffside on Cocobay’s lee side, the feeling is intimate and the service always personal. Using South American, Asian and Indian flavours, Sheer has earned its reputation on uncomprimising quality of ingredients and an unabashed resignation to a niche of daring cuisine that is unmatched on island.
